Privacy policy
Last updated 28 October 2026
In short: Stackd collects no personal data. There's no account, no server and no analytics. Everything is saved only on your phone.
Who we are
Stackd is a game made by White Vertex Academy. Questions about this policy go to hello@whitevertex.academy.
What we collect
Nothing. Stackd doesn't ask for your name, phone number or email, and it doesn't send anything to us or to anyone else. It contains no advertising or analytics tools.
What stays on your phone
- Your levels, stars, best scores, daily missions and streak
- Your sparks, power-ups and the date you last opened the daily gift
- Your chosen theme and your sound and music settings
This information never leaves your phone. Uninstalling Stackd, or clearing its storage in your phone settings, deletes it.
Notifications
If you allow notifications, Stackd schedules one reminder on your phone for a day you haven't played, so you don't lose your streak. The reminder is created and shown by your phone; nothing is sent to a server. You can turn it off any time in your phone's settings.
Sharing your tower
When you tap Share, Stackd makes an image of your tower and score and hands it to the app you pick, such as Instagram. Stackd doesn't post anything for you. What happens after that is covered by that app's own privacy policy.
The 10% off offer
If you tag @whitevertex.academy in your story and message us, White Vertex Academy sees what you choose to send on Instagram and uses it only to give you the discount. This happens on Instagram, outside the game.
Children
Stackd is made for a general audience aged 13 and over. Because it collects no data, it doesn't knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and its date. If Stackd ever starts collecting data, we'll say so here and in the app before it happens.
Stackd
Terms of use
By playing Stackd you agree to these terms.
The game
Stackd is free to play. Sparks and power-ups are in-game items earned by playing. They have no money value and can't be bought, sold or exchanged.
The 10% off offer
To qualify, your story must show a Stackd run with a score of 100 or more. The discount applies to White Vertex Academy courses, once per person, and can't be combined with other offers. White Vertex Academy may change or end the offer at any time; the current terms are always on this page.
Fair play
Please don't modify the app or use tools to cheat. We may refuse the discount for stories that show edited or faked scores.
No warranty
Stackd is provided as it is. We work hard to keep it fun and bug-free, but we can't promise it will always work perfectly on every device.
